    Comodo, silenzioso e accogliente

    Letto molto comodo, bagno spazioso, ottima pulizia. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Belli i terrazzi e gli spazi comuni. Di notte molto silenzioso.

    Sulla struttura niente da dire, però se come me non siete automuniti con i mezzi può essere poco pratico raggiungere il centro la sera, quindi nel caso valutate questo aspetto. L'alloggio in sé è ottimo e c'è anche il posto auto.

    Viel gesehen in diesen Tagen. L'Aquila ist eine Reise wert.

    Wohnung in einem neuen Gebäude. Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar, aber es dauert, bis man dort ist. Empfehlenswert, das Auto zu nehmen. Frühstück gut und reichlich, aber eben italienisch: Wer lieber herzhaft mit Schinken und Käse frühstücken will, bringt es selber mit. Supermarkt ist aber in der Nähe. Insgesamt aber ruhige Lage, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, gut Platz für zwei.

    Ist wie eine geräumige WG, mit gemeinsamem Frühstücksraum. Für den einen ein Vor-, für den anderen ein Nachteil.

    Consigliata.

    Tutto perfetto, host gentile e accogliente, molto pulito e colazione abbondante.

    Peccato solo per la poca chiarezza nella descrizione sulla condivisione dello spazio con altra stanza.
