    Excellent host and location. Recommended

Large and comfortable room. Ours had a balcony and it's a good relax area in good weather. Delicious breakfast (note it's served in the room). There's a kettle in the room and some snacks in the common area. You can even borrow an umbrella, should you need one. it's on a main road, but it's surprisingly quiet. Good shower and facilities in the bathroom. James is a super host. Highly recommended.

The bathroom needed a bit of TLC (mainly descaling)

Struttura vicina alla stazione centrale, ottima posizione. Host gentilissimo e camera molto pulita e funzionale. Colazione semplice ma molto buona, servita direttamente in camera, è molto piacevole consumarla sul balcone.

Very friendly and welcoming. Good communication. Delicious breakfast. Great location. A beautiful room; it was great having a kettle and large tea mugs. Thank you for lending us umbrellas—they saved us during the downpour. The accommodation is in a great location, close to everything. I will certainly recommend it to all my friends and family.
