Location and helpfulness
Very good location and cleanliness. If you're not used to Naples, getting to the room can seem a bit scary (but then you realize that's just the vibe of the city). Once you're inside the flat, everything is really comfortable and nice. The people in charge are really helpful: they guide you on everything you need and also give recommendations on the city's highlights.
