  La struttura è in un buon punto di Torino vicino ci sono supermercati e altri negozi vari il letto è comodo la cucina è buona e c'è un buon bagno

  L'unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta molto sono stati i cuscini un po' scomodi

  Monolocale per weekend in città!

  C’è tutto il necessario per la vacanza!

  D’estate si muore dal caldo, le serrande non si alzano, il clima portatile non è sufficiente a rinfrescare l’ambiente. Wi-Fi non ottimale!

  Don’t recommend for nobody’s !!!

  It was close to my customer site .

  The owner of the apartment has caused significant inconvenience for me. On the first day of my arrival, while using the hairdryer, a short circuit occurred in the apartment, leaving us without electricity and hot water for the entire night. The heating in the apartment was also not functioning. The next morning, I immediately informed the owner, but despite this, he only showed up late in the evening, after 8:00 PM, with an electrician. I told him that I no longer wished to stay at the accommodation, asked for my money back, and intended to find another place. After a lengthy explanation, he promised to provide a portable electric heater that same evening and assured me that there would be no more power outages caused by short circuits. While I did receive the portable heater, the next day another short circuit occurred, again causing a power outage, leaving my wife without electricity, heating, or hot water for the entire day. When I informed the owner of the issue again, his solution was to advise us to use fewer electrical appliances. This essentially meant that we could not use anything else while the heater was on. As a result, my wife decided to cut her trip short and return home. The owner refused to provide any compensation, even though the issues were clearly due to his fault. To make matters worse, on the last day of my booking, without my presence, he packed all my belongings and placed them outside the apartment. He informed me of this in writing, and my colleague was also present when I collected my luggage from outside the apartment. I regret not calling the police at that point because the owner then reported to Booking.com that I had not paid the local tourism tax in cash. For prove my right I have all our chat saved what we talked on the Booking surface.
