The location was good, the balcony was good , the little canteen room was good
The fact there was no kettle in room and was told couldn't use the kettle in breakfast room until after 10am, so no coffee in morning....and noisy setting up the breakfast room in morning as it was just outside our room

Beautiful accommodation in a great location.
The location was great. The room was big and lovely and spotlessly clean. The communal area and breakfast were great. Check in was easy. The staff were lovely. Would thoroughly recommend.
The Naples marathon was on the day we left. The staff weren't particularly helpful in getting us to the airport. We'd asked for a taxi and they didn't tell us the roads were closed until the last minute when they just said "we'll try later!" We ended up dragging 2 heavy cases and a 3 year old to the station and getting a taxi from there or we would have missed our flight!
