Früherer Bezug war kein Problem unkomplizierter Kontakt.
Dusche sehr verkalkt. Nur ein Duschkopf ging. Kaltwasser beim ersten Duschen wurde behoben. Allgemein nicht richtig sauber. Für diesen Preis nicht gut.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Tagesausflüge außerhalb typischer Touristenströme
Die Wohnung mag auf den ersten Blick schlicht aussehen, aber es ist alles da was man sich wünscht, sogar eine eigene Küche. Giovanni, unser Vermieter, hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Gegen einen Unkostenbeitrag wurden uns sogar verschiedene Weine und Bier angeboten - sowas findet man selten. Das Bett ist einwandfrei, für uns nicht zu hart und auch nicht zu weich. Bis zur Schlafenszeit konnte man zwar ein bisschen Stimmen aus der Nachbarwohnung hören, aber danach war es so leise das man nichts mehr gehört hat. Bis zur Altstadt sind es ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß, klein aber fein. Das Auto kann man direkt vor der Tür parken - sehr praktisch! Tagesausflüge die sich lohnen: Fiesole, knapp 45 Minuten entfernt, mit fantastischen Ausblick auf Florenz. Scarperia, ca. 15 Minuten entfernt, sehr nette Altstadt.

- migliorerei le prese elettriche in stanza, troppe ciabatte e sicurezza che decade conl'uso delle ciabatte elettriche. - pulizia: c'era polvere sotto i letti, sul termosifone del bagno c'era polvere e primi segni di ruggine. - illuminazione: luce in stanza da letto non funzionava. c'erano si degli abatjour, ma una sola presa elettrica funzionante in stanza da letto. quindi o collegavo per ricaricare lo smartphone o collegavo l'abatjour. - comparando il prezzo pagato con quello di hotel nella zona ho pagato un prezzo troppo caro per la struttura - il gradino per entrare in bagno non è segnalato adeguatamente. una notte ci ho sbattuto e stavo per cadere.
