Comodo y bien ubicado.
La ubicacion es perfecta, cerca al metro, al vaticano, a muchos restaurantes, recomiendo el restaurante de la esquina. Tuve el terrible incidente de ser robada en Florencia (fuimos a pasar el dia), y me ayudaron mucho y rapido. En el robo perdi la llave de la habitacion y volveria a Roma bastante tarde cuando ya no hay personal en recepcion. Fueron amables, empaticos y proactivos. Tambien nos dejaron dejar las maletas luego del checkout sin problemas.
El desayuno es bastante simple y el mismo cada dia, estuvimos 4 noches y si que hubieramos preferido algo de variedad. Era un viaje con mi papa y preferiamos desayuno en el hotel. Si regreso, reservare sin desayuno porque opciones para desayunar cerca hay muchas. Si regresaria a pesar de esto.

AVOID- INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS!!!
The location is the only okay thing.
The apartment is infested with BEDBUGS. I got bitten and at first I thought it was mosquitos, after a few nights all my legs were covered in blisters and then looked under the mattress and it had signs of infestation- see the pictures below. The staff wasn't helpful at all, they didn't want to change our room nor pay for another hotel. They lie they didn't know the problem but the infestation is moderate so has been ongoing for weeks and months and that leads to another point that the hotel is DIRTY. The room wasn't prepared at all for our stay, only linen was changed. The mattress and mattress cover is dirty, the toilet had some brown stains on the outside, the corners were dusty, wardrobe and all other facilities were dirty, doors to the bathroom didn't close. Another couple also complained about the level of hygiene. The staff is unhelpful, they lie, requested to talk to the owner/manager apparently this person isn't available- ypical response from unprofessional staff. We aren't breakfast eaters so we didn't mind the breakfast selection but it wasn't great either. Two lame and unfresh croissants accompanied by small selection of jams and cheapest orange "juice" from Carrefour. Overall, it was awful, I don't understand these reviews at all, which is also suspicious. We had to throw all our stuff to not bring them home, my birthday was ruined, my skin is itchy.
