Muy recomendable en Split
Lo mejor es la atención de Demir, extraordinaria persona, su explicación es facil y muy precisa sobre el lugar y como moverte en Split, nos recibio con agua, cafe, mandarinas y vino blanco hecho en casa. La habitación cuenta con absolutamente todo lo necesario, todo, esta perfectamente organizado para cubrir las necesidades de viaje, he leido el detalle del baño en otros comentarios pero es algo totalmente superable, la relación calidad precio muy buena, la comunicación con Demir a travez de la aplicación correcta, tiene un espacion muy amplio de estacionamiento totalmente gratis.
En la noche se escucha la platica, televisión y musica de otra habitación pero es algo totalmente superable.

Tengo que reconocer que cuando llegamos no lo teníamos muy claro 😃 pero todo fue a mejor. Damir un anfitrión de 10 , su simpatía y disposición nos hicieron sentir como en casa. No le falta detalle, la cama es super cómoda y que tenga pàrquing és un plus .¡Gracias por todo Damir!

Love it and would go back
We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, in a safe and quiet area with easy access to the city center. We walked everywhere and were never more than 15 minutes away on foot. The host was the most attentive and lovely person we could have asked for, always making sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless, well organized, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The parking space was excellent, and breakfast was fantastic. It is not a luxury accommodation, but that is not what it promises. It offers everything you need for a pleasant and welcoming stay, and we would happily return!
The only downside is that you need to climb a flight of stairs to access the accommodation, which makes it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility or anyone who has difficulty with stairs. Other than that, everything was great.
