    The worst hotel in bergamo

    Cama grande

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. It took over an hour to get our room, and when i finally entered, the shower was broken and lying on the bathroom floor. After reporting it, nothing was done for hours. When I returned after dinner, the issue was still unresolved. The receptionist eventually fixed it himself, proving it could have been done much earlier. Breakfast was equally frustrating. I asked for plant-based/lactose-free milk to be warmed up, but despite asking twice, it was served cold each time. To make matters worse, the invoice was issued incorrectly, creating yet another unnecessary inconvenience. Poor service, poor organization, and a complete lack of customer care. I will not return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
