Just the hotel we needed for this journey
The man on the reception desk was very welcoming when we arrived late in the evening (which was much appreciated as we had travelled a long way and were very tired). I found all the staff to be helpful and friendly
Perhaps signposting to the hotel could be improved.

Rooms are clean, budget friendly, and breakfast is good. Staff are welcoming. Malavika and the team are always approachable, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. Would recommend further.

Comfortable stay and excellent breakfasts, very helpful friendly staff
The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a good location for transport links, and clean and comfortable, with great breakfasts, and also excellent evening light meals and snacks.
The bedside lights were broken, but this was fixed with a change of room straight away when we asked. Also had to ask for extra pillows, as only one provided.
