Duży parking, czysto, ciepła woda, uprzejmy personel. Słowem, wszystko to, czego można maksymalnie wymagać od budżetowych hoteli do odpoczynku po drodze.
Nocleg po drodze, opcja budżetowa, więc nie można oczekiwać niczego ponad minimum. Gdybym miał wrócić to wróciłbym bez wahania, ale śniadanie już bym sobie zorganizował na zewnątrz, ponieważ wiadomo jak to jest w hotelach budżetowych. Jeśli ktoś gustuje w opcji kontynentalnej to się nie zawiedzie 😉

Unacceptable hygiene standards, disruptive maintenance, and complete lack of service
Nothing at all.
Our stay was an absolute disaster. Active painting work took place right outside our room, causing a heavy, overpowering paint odor to infiltrate our room and making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, hygiene was severely lacking: the room was filthy, dust was everywhere, the bed sheets were soiled, and the pillows had large yellow stains. To make matters worse, the shower head was broken and would not stay in place, forcing us to hold it manually throughout every shower. When we raised these issues with reception, staff simply shrugged and refused to move us. Following our stay, we submitted photographic evidence via Booking.com, but management has completely ignored our correspondence for over a month. Avoid this property—the service and cleanliness are unacceptable.

Déçu par un hôtel habituellement plus "aimable et confortable"...

• Le peu d'amabilité de la personne à l'accueil à notre arrivée... qui préférait finir ses compte plutôt que de s'occuper de notre Check-in. • La chambre était équipée de deux lits séparés alors que l'on était en couple... Mais le plus inconfortable a été le bruit à 1h00 du matin du à l'arrivée de camions de CRS garés juste devant la fenêtre de notre chambre. Il aurait fallu nous placer sur une autre aile de l'hôtel, plus calme... • Le nouveau système de code d'entrée des chambres est impossible à apprendre par cœur et oblige à sortir avec le papier où est noté le code. Ce n'est pas pratique du tout. Il faudrait soit des codes plus courts, soit réinstaller le système de carte RFID...
