    Very clean and staff were friendly & attentive.

    The room was very cold and heating was not working. However, staff helpful and provided an electric heater. Unfortunately during our stay there was a fire alarm at around 3am. This was very disruptive as everyone had to evacuate the building and wait outside in the cold for around 30 minutes. Was later informed that someone had been smoking in the room. This is understandably out of the hotels control and could not be prevented but it did knock a few scores off.
