Very pleasant stay for a very good price
We take a lot of trips and therefore stay in hotels regularly. But this was really something different! Alexandra and Rico were extremely customer-oriented and very friendly! And don't get me wrong! The pizzas that the hotel has itself are top-class! You really don't need to call for takeout (or Uber Eats) for that! What is absolutely great are the local products, such as the Kirner Radler, which tastes super! (We even took a couple of bottles of that home!) The rest of the staff is friendly and very professional. This also includes the ladies who clean the dining room in the morning and keep it spotless! So, if you're talking about value for money? Then this is definitely the hotel we will book again when we are in Idar-Oberstein! So, thanks to Alexandra and Rico and the rest of the team!"
