Very comfortable rooms and great breakfast, though a bit impersonal and mah e difficult drive / parking area for tho
Most comfortable bed and pillows! The room was really clean and met our needs well. The price was really fair, and the breakfast was quite good! The weather was really bad when we were there so we didn’t get to try out the pool or the grounds.
A few things that didn’t make or break our stay, but that were disappointing. The parking area is really bad- not lit at night, the ground is really uneven and the area really filthy with debris. It was not really clear that this was hotel parking until we asked the reception. I also didn’t realize that this is a chain hotel or a franchise, which was a bit disappointing. We have been to ischia many times and try to support locals, but that’s on me for not doing a bit of research. This was our first time not really connecting with staff on our visit, which is something we really value. It didn’t feel personal. The restaurant was a bit disappointing for dinner- pricey and the food was really not good.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit aufmerksamem und freundlichem Personal
Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Engagement von Frederico an der Rezeption. Wir hatten einen Rucksack auf der Fähre von Neapel nach Forio vergessen. Er hat sich telefonisch darum gekümmert und wir konnten ihn tatsächlich am nächsten Tag im Büro der Alilauro wieder in Empfang nehmen. Das war echt super hilfreich !
Wir hatten eine Woche Regen, aber da kann das Hotel und Team nichts dafür :)
