    Bad communication and rude owners

Location is great, breakfast was alright, room was okay.

The communication before arriving was very rude. We were told 24hs before arriving that check in is until 7pm with no flexibility, which was stressful. When we arrived at the property we were told that they 'don't accept bikes' (in Tuscany!). They made 'an exception for us' and let us stay, but the whole atmosphere was uncomfortable and we didn't feel welcome at all.

    Soggiorno meraviglioso

La gentilezza e cortesia degli host nel farti sentire a casa e la posizione dell’alloggio (molto silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza al centro)
