We enjoyed a very large room with separate ensuite bathroom. Everything spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with fruit etc sourced from local farms/ suppliers. Karin had prepared for us a nice table outside in her courtyard in the shade overlooking the garden. Karin is a kind, friendly, cultured, international host. Karin also provided recommendations for visits and local restaurants for dinner. Her B&B is in a nice, quiet location out of town and directly on the Alpe Adria bike path. Really inexpensive and excellent value for money. Out best stop on the bike from Salzburg to Grado. We strongly recommend.

Ein sensationeller Auftakt unserer Italienreise.
Ganz liebe Begrüßung durch Karin, sie ist eine sensationelle Gastgeberin. Sie spricht auch wunderbar deutsch. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die große Überraschung war das liebevoll vorbereitete Frühstück mit allem was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Besten Dank an Karin für die Gastfreundschaft und vielen Dank an die Nachbarshühner die uns die Frühstückseier gelegt haben. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind nehmen wir uns mehr Zeit und bleiben länger.

Totul a fost exceptional. Gazda foarte amabila, sociabila si deschisa. Am avut conversatii foarte placute cu ea, ne-am simtit ca acasa. Micul dejun cu produse locale, variat si foarte bun. Pensiunea este deosebita situata intr-un loc linistit si plin de verdeata. Multumim pentru tot!

Ausgesprochen freundliche Vermieterin, wir hätten noch stundenlang am Frühstückstisch weiter schwatzen können. Liebevoll gepflegtes Haus/ Zimmer. Liegt direkt am Alpe-Adria-Radweg.
