    A good base for exploring Pisa and the surrounding area.

    The breakfast is provided in a nearby cafe. You are given a token for a hot drink and a pastry. This is included in the price. The staff are friendly and were quick to sort out a minor plumbing emergency. The B&B is well located very close to the railway station making it easy to go on day trips to Lucca and Livorno. There is a fridge in the room.

    The room is on the road so can be a little noisy. The shower is a bit hard to operate and the water temperature is not easy to regulate. It would be handy to have a bin in the room (in addition to the bin in the bathroom).

    Posizione comoda x andare in centro , silenzioso e pulito

    Stanza nuova ( bagno compreso) , staff cortese e pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze

    Zona vicina alla stazione , dove non ci sono molti parcheggi se non a pagamento, il problema esiste tra settimana perché la domenica non si paga

    A couple short blocks from Pisa Centrale train station

    A very short walk from Pisa Centrale station. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, nice bathrooms, and allowed luggage storage after check-out. Common area with a kitchen and tables.

    Great for an overnight stay

    Very clean and modern inside

    Access was tricky as we didn’t receive the entry code. Due to the hot weather the drains were very smelly
