    Struttura scomodissima per i parcheggi. Camera piccola un vero loculo, bagno senza finestre senza illuminazione allo specchio non è stato possibile neanche farsi la barba.

    Disappointing

    There is a view across the valley (not of Florence) from the room. The staff kindly brought breakfast items to our room because we had to leave early. The room was clean and there is air conditioning.

    This is a very tired hotel that feels like it's not putting in any effort. We are used to "classic" (dated) Italian hotels and rooms, but this one is falling apart. The internet stopped working in the evening and was not working the next morning. Several light bulbs were missing, including in the bedside lamp, and the toilet seat was literally falling off the toilet. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell. There were cigarette burns on the sheets. While the staff was nice, they took us to a room and then came back 15 minutes later to tell us that they had given us the wrong room and moved us. To be fair, we did not complain about these items while we were there, so perhaps they would have been remedied (or we would have been moved again.) This is a fairly expensive hotel and we expected a lot more.
