Recommend!
The location is excellent! Host Luca is very friendly, informational and thoughtful. We enjoyed the morning coffe very much as Luca takes care of the breakfast and all other customer needs. Very satisfied with our choice and will recommend the place.
The room we had was on the top so prepare to climb the stairs but we were very happy with it as the room offerr terrific old town city views.

Delightful accommodations, perfect location, exceptional service.
The B&B is right in the center of Siena, a minute’s walk from Il Campo and dozens of restaurants, bars and shops. Being on the top floor of the building, it’s light and airy with good views of the bell tower. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well furnished, with thoughtful amenities like a mini fridge with still and sparkling water, an electric kettle and coffee, and other essentials. Being right in the middle of the action means there’s some street noise from below but the heavy shutters (and provided ear plugs) prevented that from being problematic. Breakfast was delicious and prepared to order. The manager, Luca, is friendly and very helpful, carrying our luggage upstairs and down, providing excellent restaurant and sightseeing advice, and calling taxis when we needed them.
