Great location! Helpful staff. Large room with plenty of space.
Bring your ear plugs! We could hear people yelling and talking out on the street until well past midnight. The worst part was the amount of garbage being dumped all night. There was constant noise of glass bottles being thrown into the dumpster and/or garbage trucks making the rounds.

Excellent Location to Explore Florence
Excellent location! The staff even upgraded us to a bigger suite which was lovely. My mom was also not feeling well and I really appreciated that they let us check out an hour later.
The breakfast had very few vegan options. FYI, this is not a typical hotel...think apartment.

הכל היה נחמד במיוחד המיקום , אבל למרות שבבוקינג מתחייבים שהחיוב כולל את כל המיסים , בבתי המלון באיטליה מחייבים במיסים עירוניים בין 7-9 יורו לאדם ללילה !!

La ubicación es el top del lugar, la habitación en general cómoda para 3 personas y tenía una recepción para dudas y hacer check in.
