    Life on Marzo

    Marzo has a wonderfully homely feel which is down to host Marinella, who took time to help us with suggestions for parking and what to see. It's just a 5 minute walk down the road in to town which means Marzo is quieter away from the hustle and bustle. Another guest from the USA has stayed at Marzo half a dozen times or so over the years and there's no greater recommendation than that.

    Exceptional stay - staff wonderful, location brilliant.

    The place was really lovely, old historic building. Really great courtyard and upstairs roof garden which was amazing and made such a difference. Room was large, really perfect. beds comfy, bathroom great. Staff could not have been nicer and more helpful, honestly really great. Breakfast perfect. Was able to park car outside to drop off bags and then parked easily for free down at the harbour, a 7/8 min really pleasant walk back through the harbour and beautiful old city of Otranto. Staff could not have been nicer, gave us umbrellas and chairs for our beach trip and help and advice with everything. The location was just superb, 3 mins from centro of Otranto old-town - lots of restaurants etc nearby. Added bonus was washing machine and place to dry clothes. All in all a wonderful stay!
