    Gute Lage, Minibar included.

    Der Empfang des "Gastgebers" war absolut inakzeptabel und hat uns den Aufenthalt nach langer Anreise (England und Deutschland) gleich zu Beginn nachhaltig verdorben! Wir hatten es nämlich "gewagt", nach Ankunft im 2. OG die Klingel vor verschlossener Tür zu benutzen, obwohl wir ja bereits am Haupteingang 1x geklingelt hatten...! Daraufhin wurden wir mit lautstarken Kommentaren und Beleidigungen empfangen und überschüttet, was uns denn einfiele, oben NOCHMALS zu klingeln, obwohl wir ja bereits unten geklingelt hatten (u.a. "crazy Germans", "SHUT UP!" gleich mehrfach, als wir wagten, etwas auf seine verbalen Attacken zu erwidern). So etwas habe ich echt noch NIE erlebt! (Und ich bin ziemlich viel unterwegs.) Wäre die Unterkunft (die durchaus nicht schlecht ist!), nicht bereits bezahlt gewesen, wir hätten umgehend kehrt gemacht und diesem aggressiven Herrn seinen Sonntagnachmittag gegönnt, den wir offenbar gestört haben. Da hat dann auch der Obstteller am letzten Abend nichts mehr ausrichten können. Eine Entschuldigung wäre für dieses absolut unangemessene Verhalten angebrachter gewesen.

    Everything was great. Fantastic host, clean, WiFi, location and everything about Reggio Calabria itself. A great city and a great place to stay.

    Almost a boutique hotel rather than a simple B&B

    Excellent central location, within walking distance to all the sights and the lungomare, and with free parking right around the B&B -- we didn't even need to use the offered garage space. We received a very warm welcome with lots of tips for our stay. Although our room (Pettirosso) was compact, the space was very efficiently set up, it was very comfortable, and the bathroom was fully stocked with all amenities. The Bar Poker across the street is a hot tip for breakfast, btw.
