A localização (a 300m da Estação Termini. O quarto é todo novo (são 3 quartos em um apartamento mais uma cozinha compartilhada - com geladeira grande e máquina de café - num prédio antigo mas muito agradável, com um pateo interno antes do acesso à rua). O Alex nos atendeu prontamente e deu todas as explicações necessárias.

Great Location, property and super host
From arrival and being met by Alex our experience at the property could not be faulted. Alex was an excellent host who provided us with lots of useful information on Rome, which was extremely helpful as this was our first visit to the city. Excellent location for getting around Rome with Railway, Bus and Metro links a few minutes walk from the property. The property itself was very clean, tidy, comfortable well maintained. When visiting Rome again this would be my preferred location to stay.
