Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft aufgrund der sehr guten Betreuung durch Nives sehr wohl gefühlt.
Nives, die Vermieterin, ist eine freundliche, aufmerksame und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die auch gerne sehr gute Ausflugstipps gibt. Unsere Unterkunft verfügte über zwei geräumige Zimmer, die liebevoll eingerichtet waren. Auch der Balkon lässt sich gut nutzen. Das Bad ist neu, groß und sehr schön. Alles ist sehr, sehr sauber. In der Küche serviert Nives das von ihr selbst zubereitete Frühstück. Gerne wird dabei ein wenig geplaudert und Nives gibt gute Ratschläge für Ausflüge und Lokale. Die gesamte Atmosphäre ist gastfreundlich und ungezwungen. Man kann Nives stets um Hilfe und Unterstützung bitten, falls dies einmal nötig ist.
Aufgrund der Lage ist man letztlich gezwungen stets das Auto zu nutzen. Inwieweit dies dann erforderlich sein wird bei einer Reise, kann man zuvor gut über Routenplaner organisieren.

Cette location agréable et le contact avec notre hôtesse ont contribué à la réussite de notre voyage
Location très bien située qui nous a permis de profiter au mieux du lac d'Orta et du lac Majeur. Chambre et salle de bains agréables, très propres, rénovés avec goût, bon petit déjeuner varié. Echanges sympathiques avec notre hôtesse accueillante et attentive, qui nous a donné de bons conseils de visite et de restauration.
Des voilages à la fenêtre côté rue pourraient augmenter l'intimité lorsque l'on veut ouvrir les double-rideaux.
