Clean, close to the bus stop. Overall if you are selecting this area then be ready to take a lot of buses or metros to explore Rome city centre, but very close to the Vatican. The B&B itself is very clean, spacious and the host Stephen is gracious and accomodating and ready to help with whatever you need. Quiet neighborhood, but safe. And has a few cafes around for a good meal.

Stefano, bardzo pomocny i miły. Śniadanie serwowane uwzględnia preferencje smakowe gości:) Pokoje, łazienki bardzo czyste. A sam obiekt w super lokalizacji – blisko Watykanu (spacerkiem), przed mieszkaniem przystanek autobusowy, natomiast w pobliżu linia metra i pętla autobusowa.

The host was extremely nice and accommodating.
The location was not ideal, probably good for people that just goes to the vatican, otherwise even though it had a bus stop right across, we needed to walk much further for the transportations we needed.
