    L'emplacement géographique; la bonne volonté et la gentillesse de la propriétaire. La place de parking dans la cour.

    Le petit déjeuner: erreur sur les capsules de café - biscottes écrasées dans leur emballage, produits industriels, pas de thé, pas de beurre. On aurait pu imaginé des produits frais servis par la propriétaire étant sur place. La terrasse et le jardin ne sont pas entretenus. Les chats (errants?) qui réclament de la nourriture et cherchent à entrer dans la maison. j'adore les chats et malheureusement certains sont en piteux état. On sent un certain laisser-aller par rapport à certains avis antérieurs plus positifs.
