Wonderful location for visiting all the sights of Ypres. The breakfast was amazing
It was very clean and tidy and everything was supplied
Our room was on the second floor and was accessed via a very narrow winding staircase

Great location, staff and breakfast but not a top notch property
Location very good, communication was excellent as was the breakfast and staff. Overall a pleasant stay.
Whilst the bed overall was comfortable, the window sill’s were a little dirty and there was a slight smell in the bathroom. Also whilst the photo shows a TV in a room off from the bedroom, the fixtures were there but not the TV. Locals indicated a recent change in ownership and perhaps this is simply a transition. Also we decided to pay at the premises and expected to pay by card. However they used WERO which requires a direct bank transfer and our bank doesn’t support this. We were able to work around but perhaps Booking.com should highlight this.

Amazing breakfast let down by attention to comfort in room.
Location, breakfast & staff.
Ventilation fan in basement room running all the time at 53dBa - loud & disturbing without earplugs. Kettle supplied but with coffee pods, no milk & 1 teabag. Broken bedside light & bedside socket which did not work. Lighting very dim in bedroom area.
