Good value, bad location, needed a clean.
- Overall good value for Rome during the July peak season. - Air conditioning and fan were appreciated in the extremely hot weather. - Supermarket was located in close proximity to the apartment which was somewhat convenient. - Secure building, although it felt like a relatively rough area.
- The property could have been cleaner throughout. - Could have left some toiletries/basics for guests. - Bedroom doors to balcony didn’t close properly. - Location of apartment was not convenient, and therefore public transport was required at all times. - Plugs above microwave were not working, and looked relatively unsafe. - Apartment did look better in the images, as mentioned could be cleaner and aesthetically improved. - No safe inside the apartment, so valuables felt vulnerable at times. - Area was a slightly rougher neighbourhood on the outskirts of the city.

Not as good as the pictures made it appear.
There was sufficient room for 2 people and we liked the washing machine. There were two good heaters which made it comfortable.
It was in a rough neighborhood and the building was very old. The pictures of the property made it look better than it actually was.

Superb
It had everything you need, a washer for clothes really came in handy. If you are from the US and are used to dryers for your clothes, most places only have a drying rack. The bedroom was comfortable and a wonderful closet! Our family was very comfortable, nice shower, good location, close to public transportation. I felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
That I had to leave and go back home!
