Stayed here for one night after a long and tiring 3 day trip and it was perfect - comfortable bed, clean room, good shower, delicious room service, and brilliant staff (who even gave us late check out and helped book us a taxi to the airport). 10/10!
We didn’t dislike anything.

Great value
Great value for the size of the room and pool etc looked great, we only stayed for one night though so we didn't use it. The staff were all lovely too and the included breakfast was fine too. The bed was also pretty comfy but the pillows were very high lol
I think I misunderstood that they had a free airport shuttle, but that's not the case just FYI. It's not really near the airport either, it's more like Legian, which I don't think I understood from the booking page.
