Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist besonders hervorzuheben. Er war stets nett und hat uns mit nützlichen Tipps geholfen. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein grandioses Steakhouse, welches Preis-Leistungmäßig in der Stadt wohl unschlagbar ist. Die wohnung selbst ist für einen Aufenthalt zweckmäßig eingerichtet. -A.C.H.T.U.N.G.!- Aufjedenfall zu beachten und bedenken sind die beiden "Schlafstockwerke" diese befinden sich in Etage 2 und 3 und sind nur über eine schmale steile Treppe zu erreichen. Personen die in der Mobilität eingeschränkt sind oder Kinder, sollten diese Treppen defintiv meiden. Alternativ kann eine Person auch in der 1. Etage auf dem Sofa schlafen. Da die räumliche Situation allerdings in der Anzeige beschrieben wird, ist es kein Grund, die Wohnung negativ zu bewerten.

Escale kotor
L'emplacement et l'agencement de l'appartement même s'il ne faut pas avoir de problèmes de mobilité pour monter et descendre l'escalier échelle. La vieille ville de Kotor et son animation sont magnifiques.
Le bruit de l climatisation a l'étage qui refroidit partiellement l'espace. Le gros problème est le stationnement. Même si l'emplacement de l'appartement explique ces difficultés les places gratuites sont inexistantes au vu de la surpopulation en cette période. Le parking est à l'heure ce qui représente un budget conséquent pour le séjour.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, the A/C is much appreciated. The location is very convenient, next to supermarket, bank, pharmacy and restaurants. The owner is super nice. Be aware that the payment is cash only. You can leave the money in the apartment at checkout.
