  Buena ubicación aunque un poco cara.

  La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro, con paradas de tranvía, autobús cerca y el metro a 5 minutos andando. La casa está bien equipada con bastantes utensilios de cocina, platos, vasos,... Además había muchas toallas disponibles para todos. Las camas eran cómodas y la casa era acogedora.

  El aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no enfriaba lo suficiente. Era casi como un ventilador. La conexión wifi no era muy buena, de vez en cuando se caía y la velocidad tampoco era muy alta. El precio era un poco elevado.

  Nicely Decorated, but Several Important Drawbacks

  Location.

  The location of this property is good, and the room itself is decorated nicely at first glance. However, my overall experience was disappointing and I would not stay here again. The biggest issue was ventilation. Guests are not allowed to open the windows, and there was a notice on the window stating that opening them was forbidden. As a result, the room felt very stuffy and uncomfortable during my stay. The building itself is quite old and poorly maintained. The lift was frequently out of service, and the overall condition of the common areas did not match the impression given by the listing photos. Many of the amenities felt low quality. The utensils and some of the appliances appeared worn and dated, and the overall setup gave the impression that costs had been minimised wherever possible. I also found the hosts to be much less accommodating after check-in than they were during the booking process. Requests for flexibility were met with very high additional charges, including €80 for a one-hour late checkout, which I felt was unreasonable. Communication was not always polite or customer-focused. While the location is a positive, I did not feel that the accommodation offered good value for money. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

  Overall cleanliness and management standards did not meet expectations.

  • Excellent location. • Before payment, communication was responsive and questions were answered promptly.

  • Communication changed significantly after full payment was made. Questions were no longer answered properly, creating frustration and uncertainty. • Apartment access information was only provided less than 12 hours before check-in, which caused unnecessary stress. • The Nespresso machine was not usable due to hygiene concerns. When I politely requested that it be cleaned, the concern was not handled professionally, and communication became disrespectful. • Privacy concerns: the day before check-out, a cleaning staff member entered the apartment while I was half dressed and asked us to leave. It later turned out their records showed the wrong check-out date. • Due to language barriers and incorrect records, resolving the check-out misunderstanding took nearly an hour. • Security concerns: the building entrance remained open and no access code was required. We discovered this by accident, which raised concerns about safety.

  Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Touristen, um Budapest zu erkunden.

  Super Lage. Perfekter Service der Abholung vom Flughafen - pünktlich und unkompliziert. Haus- und Wohnungstür mit Zahlenschloss. Komfortable Innenausstattung mit Küchenzeile incl. Kühlschrank und Kaffeeemaschine. Lage in der Innenstadt - kurze Wege zu Restaurants, Supermarkt und Gepäckaufbewahrung sowie zur Donau und zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt.

  Kleines Manko: sehr weiche Betten.
