  Not worth the price. 3*Floor No lift. Avoid if you travel with small children

  The location was good in order to see downtown Santander, with most of the landmark and some beaches at a walking distance. The property has plenty of natural sun light.

  The actual conditions of the property are far from what you see in the photos, the property needs some maintenance or the photos should be updated to avoid disappointments because the conditions are not worth the price. Some dampness on the living’s room ceiling, also on the wall at the main bedroom and bathroom. The doors under the bathroom sink were also damaged and were not closing, Shower curtains rail was broken, falling apart everytime you tried to close it to take a shower, also some mold in the tub edges, plus standard of cleanliness at the shower and in general in the whole property was disappointing for example: some dirty cutlery in the drawers, spiders web at some ceiling corners, and bad smell from the sink pipes (which you can’t get rid of even with closing the doors). Several lights in the house didn’t work at all so In general very poor maintenance. In other hand, the wooden floors were nice but made a lot of cricking noise while walking, literally the flat shakes while walking and more with a 3 years old kid, so we had the down stairs neighbour coming to complaint about the step noises. The last part, is a third floor with no lift, even if the landlord assured us that was mention in the description, and after checking it several times on the booking.com description, we couldn’t find anywhere that mentions that the property has no lift at all, making the stay a bit uncomfortable with two small kids, if we would had know before we wouldn’t booked this place for sure. The landlord offer us to leave the place after the first night after we talking to booking.com, what took 2 days plus they were charging us a 90€ cleaning fees for those 2 days that’s why we decided to stay.

  Koselig leilighet med svært sentral beliggenhet.

  Koselig leilighet. God plass. Innehold det meste vi hadde behov for. Veldig sentral beliggenhet. Eier var svært rask med å svare på henvendelser.

  Den var noe nedslitt. Manglet stekeovn. Mye støy på natten fra trafikk og livlig uteliv.

  A comfortable stay!

  The property was in a great location, we could walk to everywhere we needed to in the city with lots of local bars and restaurants to choose from. The stay was comfortable and the apartment had all we needed for a long weekend stay. The hosts were lovely to meet and check us in and allowed us to stay a few extra hours before check out so we didn’t have to put our luggage in storage which was a great help to us!

  Although everything is in working order, the apartment could do with some updates.
