These concerns date back quite a few years and nothing appears to have been corrected. Except for the location I wound
The location was very good. The hot water was on demand and worked well. The outside little patio on the upper floor was convenient for evenings.
The bathroom shower drain / trap was blocked and smelled of sewer. Every shower taken ended quickly due to flooding over onto the tiled floor. Any usage of the bathroom sink stunk up the whole unit. In the end we brushed our teeth and cleaned ourselves with the kitchen sink and faucet. The stairs going to the upper level are step, narrow and not safe for children. The ants throughout the unit kitchen and counters were constant companions.

Boa noite, acabei de ler o email e estou a pensar como é que isto pôde acontecer. Cheguei ao escritório da Ears às 17h00, fiz o check-in e recebi as chaves. O apartamento é maravilhoso, mas Lagos é muito quente e o ar condicionado não está a funcionar; não está a refrigerar.

The apartment was just off of one of the main streets so it was great to head out and enjoy the town and no hassle getting back after a couple of cold beers!
The apartment itself was adequate for our needs although the stairs to the upper room were extremely steep which made me nervous with the young kids. There were a few things that the maintenance team need to have a look at / replace like the curtain rails in the upstairs room and the shower door which derailed itself the first time it was opened ! The bed in the downstairs room was very flimsy and felt like it was going to fall down every time you moved !

La peor estancia de mi vida
Absolutamente nada
Los bajantes olían muy mal, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, las camas incómodas, se movían al darse la vuelta, almohadas de 8 pisos, enchufes colgando, las cortinas mal colocadas y no se podían correr del todo, la tendedera oxidada, ruidoso al estar en pleno centro
