Deni , at the reception desk spoke excellent English and was very helpful and kind!

good location, very close to a grocery store and the main train station was a short 10-12 min walk, all flat. Also a transit tram stop was close by too.

needs better instructions for all the appliances, especially the burners/cooktop and microwave had no instructions, needs oven mitts and a dish drying rack. Also, how to use the TV remote and TV would have been helpful too. The Bed was extremely firm, too hard in my personal opinion.
