    Clean, secure and comfortable accommodation near the three airport terminals in Ho Chi Minh City. A small apartment style accommodation surrounded by many food outlets, restaurants and personal service businesses. District one is 30 minutes or so by taxi (not during peak hour).

    If you arrive with heavy/many bags, there is no elevator and getting to level 3 is challenging.

    The communication from the owner was good, as well as the location

    The airconditioner was not at all cold, and the owner tried to entice a good review by offering a room upgrade
