    The location of this property is excellent and my stay itself was comfortable. However, my experience was completely undermined by what happened immediately after checkout. A few hours after my check-out, the owner accused me of stealing or breaking a ceramic platter — an item that was never in the apartment when I checked in. No evidence, photos, or inventory records were provided. The manner in which this accusation was made felt highly inappropriate and left me feeling as though I was being pressured into paying for something that never existed. The behaviour after checkout came across as an attempt to extract extra money from guests, which is deeply concerning. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that future guests take thorough photos at check-in and check-out to protect themselves from unfounded or questionable claims. While the stay was pleasant, this incident has made it impossible for me to recommend the property.

    * Le quartier (proche de UWA, Matilda Bay, Kings Park), commerces, restaurants et transport en commun (purple cat bus gratuit pour aller au centre ville) à proximité * La gentillesse de Terry le propriétaire et la disponibilité de Sharon * Appartement spacieux au dernier étage, calme * Machines à laver disponibles au rdc (4aud)

    it was fine.

    good host. responsive and friendly. close to what i needed. i have lots of feedback below but overall i think the accomodation is fine.

    property needs a bit of a refresh. no power points close to bed. overall ok for the price. hot water system was a little quirky. some deep cleaning needs to be done. shower was not cleaned and kitchen was in need of a proper clean. not filthy just needed a professional cleaning. the “rules” saying we need to make sure we clean the place was not unreasonable but the “request” to wash the bedding was a little unreasonable considering check out was 10am and that is usually not requested.
