Great place to unwind at the beach
Great location. Right on the beach and songtaew route. Great communication with owner. Responsive to issues.
One of the beds was not assembled properly - quickly addressed by owner. PlayStations didn't work. It doesn't really have a kitchen - one plug for a microwave, toaster and kettle. But these are minor issues - go to the beach and eat at the great local restaurants, look at the mountains!

i would stay again, but not in a room near to the road. All was ok apart from what i already liste
the location is good, the staff very pleasant and helpful. chairs and tables in the garden and on the beach wifi was very good
my beachfront room was attached to another room, and the sound insulation was non existant, could hear everything from the room next door and also loud motorcycles. We were unlucky because there was a party on the beach nearby with loud music until 2315, but not the fault of the hotel. Apart from that all was ok. I think the room is a little expensive for the quality provided, but i guess its more expensive as beach front. Its fine if you are not a light sleeper and noise from the room next door and the road does not bother you. If i stayed again, i would ask for a room well away from the road.
