Honestly, everything was going well; the hotel was nice, and the room was large and spacious. The pool was big and the staff were friendly—until the lady at the front desk tried to scam us. We rented a scooter; she had given us a helmet without a visor, yet when we returned the helmets, she claimed we had broken it. It’s a disgrace—we repeatedly pointed out that the helmet didn't have a visor, but she still tried to rip us off. I am Thai and have been living in Ao Nang for four years, and this is the first time I have met a woman like this—so disrespectful and dishonest; it is shameful.
