The number of bedrooms is assigned based on the number of ADULTS booked on your reservation. • Booking for 1-2 adults, you will have access to the entire villa with 1 bedroom. • Booking for 3-4 adults, you will have access to the entire villa with 2 bedrooms. • Booking for 5-6 adults, you will have access to the entire villa with 3 bedrooms. • Booking for 7-9 adults, you will have access to the entire villa with 3 bedrooms and each with an extra bed. If you prefer separate bedrooms: • For 2 guests, please book at the 4 adults rate. • For 3 guests, please book at the 6 adults rate. • For 4 guests, please book at the 6 adults rate, if need 3 bedrooms. *** Children aged 0-2 stay free in the parents' room and a complimentary baby cot is available upon request. For children aged 3 and older, the adult rate applies. **You will enjoy exclusive use of the villa, with no other parties joining during your stay. ***Additional Charge for Extra Bed - If you require an extra bed but have not booked for a 7th, 8th, or 9th guest, an additional fee of THB 500 per person will apply, payable directly at the property. For two guests requesting separate beds in the SAME bedroom, an extra bed charge of THB 500 per person per night will also apply.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. - Wunderschönes stilvolles Anwesen an top Lage mit Blick auf das Meer - Jeden Tag Zimmerservice, Hauswart wohnt nebenan und ist bei Fragen immer verfügbar - Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Gastgeber - Gut eingerichtete Küche und Aufenthaltsraum, schönes Badezimmer im Freien - Gute Klimaanlage im Zimmer
- Man hat täglich Kot von Geckos auf dem Bett, da diese im im Dachbereich der hohen Schlafzimmer leben und runter scheissen. Aus meiner Sicht hätte man dem mit einem Mückennetz Abhilfe verschaffen können da diese den Kot zumindest auffangen oder auf die Seite des Bettes ableiten. Zudem hört man diese auch in der Nacht da sie vogelähnliche Geräusche machen. Gehört aber vermutlich in dieser Region dazu - Direkt neben einen Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Zufahrtsstrasse zum Strand. Eine Strassenlaterne leuchtet dabei direkt in das Zimmer, die Vorhänge sind dabei so dünn, dass das Zimmer auch in der Nacht hell bleibt. - Leider ist die Lage nur bedingt ruhig , da man aufgrund der Zufahrtsstrasse bis spät nachts und frühmorgens Fahrzeuge, Stimmen und Hundegebell hört. Am Morgen fahren zudem recht nah Bote vorbei die aufgrund fehlenden Schalldämpfer extrem laut sind (hört sich wie ein Rasenmäher direkt im Garten an)

Nice
We loved the view. It was 1 km from the town. We enjoyed walking there most days. The staff was very nice and helped us sort out take away foods.
There were a few too many bugs and geckos for me personally. There was a gravel road next to the house so when cars or motorbikes came down it, it was very loud.

Abgelegen, ruhig und sauber. Super Aussicht. Netter „Butler“ Mr. Korn hat uns jederzeit geholfen
Wir waren im Zimmer neben der Küche - und hat ein Spiegel und ein Schrank gefehlt. Ansonsten top 👍🏻
