Worst hotel experience in 30 years. Stay away.
It looks good on pictures only.
IVE traveled to over 60 counties in the last 30 years and have never had an experience as horrible as this. I arrived early in the morning by agreement (flights arrival), was asked to leave my suitcase and was chased out on the dark empty streets by the proprietor shouting OUT, OUT. I was a woman alone. No consideration for my safety and as a paying customer I was treated like a stray dog. I was forced to look for decent accommodation elsewhere although I had already prepaid.

For tourists wanting access to landmarks, the location is good. Breakfast was fine, though not amazing. I met some nice people at breakfast.
I asked in advance if I could arrive at 0400 due to a late flight. "No problem." The man did not seem happy to see me. My single room on the ground floor was noisy. The sink smelled bad whenever the toilet flushed. I found better value accommodation elsewhere.

The location was very good, close to the city centre
The landlord was very rude man—he shouted and raised his voice! He yelled that he was the boss and could do whatever he wanted! He has no idea how to communicate with people:(

Kein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Die Lage ist super und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist auch schön. Das Frühstück ist etwas speziell und mit löslichem Kaffe, aber ok
Das Einzelzimmer unten ist extrem klein, hat nur ca. 7-8 qm insgesamt. Die Matratze ist eher hart. Im Oktober war es ziemlich kühl im Zimmer. Das Personal war nicht extrem freundlich.
