    客房人員都很客氣，會幫忙抬行李，主動聊天，最後一天還會打電話通知我們機場接送的司機已到飯店

The stay overall was very pleasent and comforting

The staff was really helpful especially Ms. Lilly & Mr. Tommy were very polite & since we were staying to celebrate our daughters birthday they made such beautiful efforts to decorate the room and provide a delicious cake making her day extra special

The buffet breakfast was a major letdown for us as there were almost no vegetarian options, plus as we stayed around different properties in Vietnam, every hotel provide a Indian vegetarian menu to promote Indian guests, but, here it was all lacking

    Great hospitality

The property was in a great location. Staff were amazing with anything we needed and so helpful with organising day trips for us.

Variety for the breakfast and food was not always hot.
