EL LUGAR ES ENORME, CON UNA VISTA ESPECTACULAR, MUY BUEN UBICADO.

Perfecta ubicación y muy amplio y cómodo
La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la plaza de San Marcos y dando a un gran paseo en el que hay paradas de vaporettos que te llevan a todas partes. Se llega andando a todos lados. Muchas tiendas y restaurantes al rededor. Es un apartamento muy amplio, los cuartos son grandes y tiene un gran salón y comedor, y a parte un cuarto de estar. Éramos una familia de 6 con niños y estuvimos muy holgados. También tiene una gran cocina con utensilios, muy cómodo para cocinar si algún día no se quiere salir. Marina nos estaba esperando para hacer el checkin, muy fácil y cómodo. Llegamos por la mañana y nos dejaron subir a dejar las maletas. Lo mismo a la salida, nos dejaron dejarlas hasta la tarde que nos íbamos al aeropuerto. Es un tercer piso pero hay un pequeño ascensor. Tiene vistas preciosas desde la habitación principal y el comedor.
Atuvo muy bien pero por poner alguna pega, en el cuarto principal se oye bastante el ruido de la calle. A las 8 empieza ya el lío de los barcos y los turistas

Perfect location for a large family visiting Venice for a few days.
The location was perfect for sightseeing, with multiple restaurants and coffee shops right outside the door. The view from the main bedroom was overlooking the water, which was beautiful.
No air conditioning in the main bedroom. It's a bit dated, could use a few new items of furniture, lights etc.

Mit Heizung und Warmwasser wäre es perfekt gewesen
Tolle Top Lage, sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Warmwasser und Heizung funktionierten nicht. Beides wurde uns erst bei Anreise mitgeteilt. Die angebotenen Alternativen waren für uns (alle 65++) nicht akzeptabel, sodass wir mit Kaltwasser vorlieb nehmen mussten.
