Do not rent this apartment or from these hosts!
They cancelled our reservation the day before we were due to arrive. Hosts were completely unresponsive when Booking.com tried to confirm the cancellation. I was told I should cancel ( so it wouldn’t be recorded as them cancelling ) when I refused they were unreachable to remedy the situation so I could be totally reimbursed

Misleading listing, broken refund promise, and complete lack of response

This property was misrepresented. It is not a 3-bedroom apartment. It is a 2-bedroom unit with temporary beds placed in the living area, which was completely unsuitable for our group of five adults and not what we booked or paid for. We raised this immediately on arrival. The management company explicitly told us that a full refund would be processed through Booking.com and instructed us to find alternative accommodation, which we did. After that, the management company stopped responding altogether. They have ignored emails, phone calls, and text/WhatsApp messages, and the promised refund has not been honoured. This was not a minor issue — it required us to urgently rebook accommodation elsewhere and caused significant disruption. The combination of a misleading listing, a refund promise that was not kept, and complete lack of communication makes this property and management company unreliable. I would strongly advise future guests to avoid this property, or at minimum to confirm the exact bedroom layout in writing before booking. If anything goes wrong, do not expect timely or professional communication.

The sofa/ futon was extremely uncomfortable. The king bed was mushy with no "edges". View was just ok
