    Das Apartment ist in einem sehr guten und ansprechenden Zustand, wirklich schick. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann zu Fuß gleich losziehen. Die Rooftop Terrasse ist toll und hübsch ausgestattet, sehr stylisch.

    Was den Aufenthalt sehr getrübt hat und wo ich immer noch ziemlich sauer drüber bin, ist, dass wir das Apartment wechseln mussten. Wir hatten also nicht wie gebucht 3 Tage am Stück ein Apartment, sondern musste nach einem Tag mit 5 Personen wieder alles zusammenpacken und umziehen. Entgegen der Absprache war das neue Apartment nicht sofort bezugsfähig, sodass wir unnötige Wartezeit hatten. Ebenso raubt der Umzug und das Zusammenpacken Zeit. Ich hatte mehrmals geschrieben, dass das nicht in Ordnung sei und sie mir für diese Umstände preislich entgegen kommen sollten. Es wurde nur gesagt, sie besprechen das im Team bzw. mit dem Management, aber keiner hat sich gerührt. Eine Unverschämtheit!

    BEWARE: Switch & bait > a known water damage was pretext to move us to a lesser place!!!!!

    Front desk people at the building are very friendly.

    Beware: 1. The host knew that there was a water damage in the property, but the host kept the advertisement on and the "moved" us to a different property, which was on offer on Booking.com for a LOWER price - but without any price change! Instead, the host called it an "free upgrade"!! Outrageous. 2. The host tried to get us to check in at 5pm, even though the check-in time on the description said 3pm. No explanation.
