    This property was very central and there were many restaurants/coffee shops located close by (within walking distance). There was a safe, allocated parking bay in the undercover parking area. The kitchen was really well equipped for all kinds of cooking and the laundry facilities were impressive.

    This is not something that the hosts can change but the noise out on the streets in the very early hours of the morning was quite disruptive. Some of the guests in the neighbouring flats did not obey the "No noice after 10pm" rule with load music being blasted at 04:00.

    I live abroad and returned to South Africa for my graduation, making this experience particularly disappointing. I have used Booking.com for apartments and villas, and this is the first time I have felt compelled to leave a negative review. Guests were required to submit copies of identification documents via WhatsApp before being allowed access to the building, which raised significant privacy concerns given the prevalence of fraud in South Africa. I was also only informed two days into my stay that no more than two visitors were permitted in the apartment at a time. I specifically booked this accommodation because of its convenient location near my graduation venue. On the morning of my graduation, I experienced unnecessary difficulties trying to get both my hair and makeup artists into the building simultaneously. I was not even permitted to have my parents wait with me in the apartment while I was getting ready. Throughout my stay, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable, and the way I was treated by security and front office staff felt unwelcoming. When I needed assistance during my stay, I received no meaningful support and was directed only to an AI chatbot. Overall, the excessive restrictions, poor customer service, and lack of a guest-friendly approach made this a disappointing experience, and I would not choose to stay here again.
