The stay was amazing loved the game rooms and plenty of board games.
The property was at a very good location. It was comfortably big enough to accommodate us. Also quite accessible to the grocery stores.

Convenient, Clean, well appointed house for visiting NH.
This was a perfect place for us; we are 4 older adults over 60. The house was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen and a comfortable family room. We appreciated the outside solar lights because we arrived well after dark. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The kitchen table was big enough for 6-8 people. Each bedroom had individually controlled heat. There were "Fairy lights" in the upstairs hallway which gave a cozy feel and were great for us old folks who get up in the night. Each bedroom had a TV. The room with the bunk beds had extra cushions in the closet, so this would be a great place for 2 couples and up to 4 kids.

The property itself has a lot of potential and is in a beautiful area, but unfortunately our stay did not quite live up
We really liked the location and the overall setup of the property. It was spacious, comfortable for our group, and in a beautiful area with easy access to the White Mountains. We also appreciated having the outdoor space and that the property was dog-friendly.
A few cleanliness and maintenance issues, along with some frustrating communication.

Beautiful inside of the house a lot of room
The grass was extremely high so we wasn't able to grill out or go in back yard at all the mosquitoes were so bad. The day we was leaving they was mowing around my car and weeding I have a daughter who's had chronic migraines and fresh cut grass is one of her triggers
