  Not what we expected

  The pool are is large and spacious ideal for large groups.

  The house is very outdated and in dire need for renovation. All kitchen are old and equipment not working example oven only two burners work so it was very hard for all 14 of us to do anything. The bedrooms especially the ones up stairs are very old, lighting is poor and the mattresses not comfortable, but worst off all zero privacy you need to go through others people bedrooms to get to your bedroom. Same with bathroom none of them lock from the inside so if privacy is something crucial this accomodation is not for you. To note heated water wasn't enough in most cases. We had to split through out the day to take a shower. Safety the stairs to top bedroomw are missing railing and therefore for us with small children was a big concern and also outdoor stairs to rooftop is dangerous. The owner lives in the same property and shares the same Court yard and entrece. Bottom line this property did not meet our expectations and I felt zero privacy.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Baglio Sciacca. Superb pool and lovely hosts.

  The pool is fantastic and there is a lovely courtyard too. The air conditioning allowed us to have a good night's sleep in very hot weather. The host and his son are very helpful and responded quickly if we needed them.

  The kitchen would do with a few more pieces of cutlery, crockery and pots/pans. Not a big problem, but with a family of five we were a little short at times.
