  Nice property, but would definitely not recommend

  The property itself is very nice and looks exactly like the photos, even down to the bedding. It has plenty of space and the unit comes fully equipped with anything you might need. The resort also seemed pleasant, although we didn’t really use any of the resort facilities.

  Unfortunately, what looked like it was going to be a great stay was spoiled by a problem that arose on the very first day. Within a few hours, we noticed that the AC cooled the living room and kitchen perfectly, but the bedrooms on either side remained very warm. We reported this immediately and repeatedly asked for help. Although a general maintenance person from the resort came by, he couldn't do much. Even though the problem persisted, it was never properly investigated or resolved. The owners continued to tell us that, based on what they could monitor remotely, everything appeared to be working fine, even though we were clearly experiencing something different inside the bedrooms. This made sleeping uncomfortable every night of our stay. Problems can happen, and I do not fault anyone simply because something goes wrong. What disappointed us most was the way the issue was handled. It’s a shame, because otherwise the accommodation would have received a good review from us. But the combination of the AC problem and, especially, the lack of responsiveness and willingness to try and resolve it means that I unfortunately would not recommend this property. For me, the real concern is knowing that if something does go wrong during your stay, you may not receive the level of response or assistance you would likely expect.

  Absolutely brilliant until the dishonesty about the top.

  Size, cleanliness. Owner was in touch during our stay

  Having left a new limited addition disney long sleeved top hung in the wardrobe. Contacted the owner who told us it wasn't there. I said maybe the cleaners moved it, but they said she was trustworthy. The top was 100% there i saw it and thought daughter was getting it and vice versa. Our fault for leaving but honesty goes along way.

  Wonderful condo, Bahama Bay is beautifully kept and this is a great location for the Theme Parks.
