    Stay somewhere else if you water reliable hot water

    I enjoyed the size of the unit. 3 Bedroom, 2 bath, with a screened-in patio was nice! The outside grounds were maintained well. By the way, this unit is self-management versus other units on the property that have a building filled with management that could handle service calls. If you love apartment complexes that were built quickly and hollow so you can hear everyone, you'll love this place!

    Stayed for 5 days 4 nights. Had no hot water for the 1st 3 days. Got hot water the night before checking out. I reached out to the property management on the 1st day. They came in and lied and said the hot water was fine. I had them come back each day till it was fixed. The water would not even get warm!! They were deceitful in checking! Then they had the water so scalding. I can't imagine having small children with me. The laundry closet has signs of water damage and I bet this is an ongoing issue. I checked in very late and did a self-check-in. There is security that was giving me issues trying to get on to the property each night, saying I had to get a parking pass from a DIFFERENT management company on location. Why did these people not leave the pass in the unit? Arrived late, then every morning I left at 0630 to meet up with family prior to the parks at their hotel. Waiting til 9am to get a parking pass completely ruined one of my early admission days to the park. Absolutely do not recommend! Yes this place seems cheap off-season but just get a hotel and do yourself a favor.

    Very nice. Will stay again if in Orlando.

    It had everything we needed and the toilet paper was high quality.

    I have nothing to complain about
