    Perfecta ubicación, pero el piso muy detallado

    Ubicación, limpieza, trato con Casasol

    Decoración con muebles destartalados (estilo “Cuéntame”) y armarios y cerramientos sin renovar desde los años 70, cama de matrimonio junto a un ventanal sin persiana ni cortina opaca, muy poca presión de agua, el aire acondicionado genera agua por condensación que cae por la terraza al bar de abajo por lo que hay que recogerla en una garrafa y cambiarla dos veces cada día… en definitiva, el apartamento necesita una reforma integral para justificar el precio que cuesta

    Very disappointed, especially for the price I paid.

    Closeness to the beach and town centre.

    Very dated. Had not been decorated in probably 10 years. Furniture dated and falling apart. Outside table cloth ripped and falling apart. Toilet plumbing noisy and lasted about 10 minutes. Found a cockroach in the bathroom which eventually managed to kill.
